In The Works
Absolute Brightness -Colliding Galaxies Trilogy, Book 1
It has been one thousand years since humans left earth and began terraforming new planets to dwell on. The Core Government of humanity now consists of Fifteen planets, some more successfully constructed than others. Danita Vidar lives on Earth Three, one of the smaller and less auspicious planets. She doesn't care the planet is part of the Outer Core, nor that she has to hide her Mixed alien and human DNA from those less open to uniqueness. When the intriguing Nikola Radburn from the Inner Core planets arrives and barters a place to stay, Danita finds her cushy home invaded not only by the unfamiliar presence of a stranger, but also a feeling she knows could only end on the wrong side of a plasma gun.
I've been extremely fortunate recently with all of my completed works being signed to either Loose-Id or Samhain...but there is always something unfinished on the back burner. I'm currently formulating and experimenting with an MMMF story based in an alternate universe and involving a Fae race. It's new and I'm not too sure how it's going to pan out, but I'm determined to find a way to give these characters their own voices and aspirations. MMMF stories have always fascinated and frustrated me at the same time. In books I've read where the male relationships weren't related, the men were often one dimensional. They were either the naive one, the strong one, or the understanding one. I want more than that from my characters. I want you to read them and be able to picture them walking on the street next to you and having a conversation. An MMMF story from all four perspectives is a mountain...one I'm more than willing to attempt to climb.
